Sebastian was born in Argentina and raised in his family dairy farm in Santa Fe Province. He obtained his Veterinary Degree in 2003 at the UNR. He started his career working as a Dairy Farm manager and then developed his own practice as a veterinarian. After that, he continued working for the VAS technical support in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile, helping Dairy Comp users to make better decisions by data analysis. From 2014 up to 2022 Sebastian worked as consultant for Advantage and Alta-Genetics in South America. His skills regarding repro management, fresh cow routines and heifers raising systems took him on leading the Alta sales team and Advantage program in Argentina, training his teammates to find the best genetic plans for their customers, using their Genomics and pedigree data for select the most profit animals for each production systems. Sebastian is passionate about general efficiency on dairy farming, genetics, people development, technologies applied on milking systems.
