Intending to follow in her grandfather’s footsteps pursuing a career in production animal veterinary medicine, Maddie left her native Illinois for Clemson University, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal and Veterinary Sciences in 2012.  Realizing her excitement for nutrition during her tenure at Clemson, rather than attending vet school, Maddie opted to return to the Midwest to begin her career as a nutritionist.  

Prior to joining PDS, Maddie worked for nearly 8 years as a dairy nutritionist for a local feed company, developing a client base and industry network in Michigan.

Maddie is invested in seeking out cutting-edge nutrition and management strategies and bringing those practices to her customers to optimize farm profitability and ensure sound cow productivity.  Maddie focuses on achieving her customers’ goals through the development of practical and profitable nutrition programs and feeding for high milk component yield.

Maddie resides in west Michigan where she enjoys riding her horses, writing, and working as a rodeo sound tech.
